Organisational Development
As businesses grow they evolve, develop and need to re-engineer critical processes to drive the business forward. This module includes tools to shape and track that growth and business change, facilitating the eventual exit strategy of the business owner.
Further details of this module appear on the Organisational Development Page which can be accessed by clicking here.
People
People are the most valuable resource that a business has but like all resources they need to be respected. This module provides tools to drive the recruitment and retention of the right people, to understand the training needs of those people and to ensure that they are properly managed.
Further details of the Business Planning module appear on the Planning Page which can be accessed by clicking here.
Product/Service Development
All products and services need to be developed during their lifetime until they reach maturity, when they need to be re-engineered or moved to a different marketplace. This module guides the development of products and services, identifies where they are on the maturity curve, facilitating re-engineering as required.
Further details of this module appear on the Product/Service Development Page which can be accessed by clicking here.
Systems
Every business has to have systems; be they manual or computerised, to handle all of the daily activity of the business. Activity such as: orders, sales, production, delivery, invoicing, banking etc. This module includes tools to streamline these activities to ensure that they do not become a drain on the resources of the business.
Further details of this module appear on the Systems Page which can be accessed by clicking here.
Whilst each of the above modules can stand alone, there is considerable inter-connection and some tools can cause reactions in other modules. It is for this reason that some tools operate across more than one module and some tools are common to more than one module.
Businesses can dip in and out of the modules to meet their needs but, Business H2 would recommend that such a process shouls always begin with the Business Planning module.
Mentoring
Business H2 can also provide a mentoring service to support those business owners who wish to undertake the business change process themselves. Full details of this service are available on request.
